Daytona Beach

I have to admit, I wasn't really crazy about the idea of going here. When I thought of Daytona Beach, you think crazy amounts of people.

It was SO NOT what I expected. This place was awesome! I would give my right arm to be there right now...only kidding.

First of all, there were people, but not too many. You drive right on to the beach. It is so wide that cars can park and there is plenty of room to sit out. All along the beach there are little trucks selling food and places you can rent beach toys. It is just too cute for words. There was even an ice cream truck driving up and down with its music....so fun!

The sand is like a warm powder. As hot as it was that day, the sand was just perfect. The water was a little bit murky looking, but so warm and nice. After we got used to the water, Me, Cole & Sasha rented boogie boards. I never knew how much fun these babies are!!!!


If we didn't get so scratched up and worn out, we probably could have gone all day. We had so much fun, we didn't realize how burnt we were getting...whoops!

If you are ever in the area, you must give Daytona Beach a try! If we ever get back, this will be a must do on our list.
