ho ho ho a month ago.

I realize Christmas was now a full MONTH ago. It is almost ridiculous for me to put up a Christmas post and if I wanted to make you think I was super organized and cool, I would say something like...."I want it in my 2010 blog book!" And as much as I would like to think I am awesome enough to actually take the time to make a "blog book", I am 99% sure that will never happen...at least until I have kids. Even then, chances are slim. I do however click back through our blog every now and again when I'm down in the dumps and remember fun holidays and events and remind myself that my life isn't so bad after all. I am sure that the next time I do that, I will be glad I got around to putting this up. Anyway...

Back to Christmas. Neither Cole's or my family ever disappoint in the Christmas department. Both of our parents go so far out of their way to make Christmas so magical and happy for everyone. I will never dispute the fact that we are so loved and so blessed and so spoiled every single year. I always leave their houses feeling like I could never express how thankful I am for all they do. Not just the incredible gifts they give, but how much time and effort they put into the entire holiday. One day I truly hope I can repay them in some way.

Anyway, to document just how wonderful it all was here are a few of our favorite photos/memories of Christmas 2010:

Our first Christmas in my parent's new house. Same magical Christmas Eve feeling, same delicious food, different house, 10 times more freezing cold.

Christmas in a nutshell....or giant giftbag. Can it get any cuter?

This picture cracks me up, I am concentrating so hard on whats in the box! I do love my gifts!

Have I mentioned that my husband is a spoiler? Cole does Christmas like nobody's business. I will probably say this every year until the day I die, but I swear I didn't know how fun Christmas could be until I got married. He pays such close attention to every detail to make my Christmas the best it can be. Nevermind that I feel so inadequate when I compare what I do, but I think he honestly loves to surprise me with everything more than he likes to get anything.

Cole's parent's house was especially exciting this year, because we had the new puppy to enjoy.

(FYI, she is completely crazy. She has everyone convinced she is a dog, but I am sure she is not. She has brought a lot of life and love to the family and SO many laughs. We love her.)

No worries, we were completely taken care of this year....

So there we go. Christmas was here and we loved it.
