Mom's Worth Bloggin' About....

Mother's Day was just fabulous this year. I love that we get a day to celebrate the wonderful mothers in our lives. I am SO grateful to be so close to both my mom and Cole's mom.
First, to my mom....
I ADORE this woman! She is such a light in my life and I'd be lost without her. She has always been there to listen when I need her and there to stand behind me when it seems like the rest of the world is falling apart. She is the most selfless person on earth and words could never express how grateful I am for the example she has set. I love you mom!

Next, to my wonderful mother-in-law....
I am blessed to have such an awesome woman for a mother-in-law. She raised such a great, thoughtful, generous, smart, loving, handsome son, who I am lucky to call my husband. She is such a great friend and I love spending time with her. She too, is absolutly selfless and would do anything for her kids. I can always count on her to have such a positive attitude, when I am down in the dumps. I know that my attitude will change when I am around her. I couldn't have asked for a better friend! Love you!

We had so much fun celebrating Mother's Day. Here are some pics from our day...

We stopped at Cole's parent's house first for a little bbq and to give Babette her Mother's Day gift. Of course, Whit helped with that part.

We had a little get-together at my parent's house later. We were so happy to have such nice weather, we spent most of the time outside. The kiddo's LOVED it.

Vincent and my dad found this little bird's nest while my dad was pruning the tree. Vincent wanted to put a candy Dot in the nest and waited for the bird to come eat it. He is seriously funny.

And the cutest kids ever:

Sweetest Trev. Those little shorts....what a babe!

That face kills me!

I could kiss those faces all day!!!

Thank you to the mom's of these sweet little boys (and little girl...i have no picture of her!).
Thank you for letting me squeeze these cuties anytime I want. I hope my children can be as happy, funny, cute, polite, sweet, loving and bright as these little ones. I couldn't be more grateful to have the best "fill in" kids I could ask for til I get some of my own :)

Happy Mother's Day to all you wonderful mother's out there!
