Twenty-Five

I love birthdays. I love to have a day that makes me special (or in my case this year, a few extra special days). It also gives me a reality check remembering just how much my family loves me. This year was no exception, and was celebrated in a place with the biggest skies and happens to be one of my favorite places on the planet....

My whole family went out of their way to make my trip super awesome and I definitely didn't come home empty handed (of course, how could you not....no sales tax!)

My actual birthday was spent mostly in the car for hours driving home, but I didn't mind since I had good company who I happen to enjoy talking with for hours.

When I did return home, even though it was late, my poor husband who had to stay home and work, is beyond thoughtful had a birthday party ready and waiting.

See I even think his cards are thoughtful :)

Grandma & Grandpa came and stayed late, which was such a sweet surprise.

All in all, another successful birthday and finally able to rent a car! Does it really get any better?

You are WAY too nive about the ride home. You were SO patient with our little ordeal. I'm glad Cole made up for it!
