I Wanna Be a RocKsTaR

This weekend was such a blast! We made a trip to the Weber County Fair where we saw some animals. Kind of like this guy....

And like this little guy... (who probably shouldn't be eating that poster in his mouth, but whatever).

And that was about all we saw. So needless to say, the fair totally rocked.

Luckily, we couldn't spend too much time at the fair because we had to make it to Blake and Kasey's party at their new house (which is beautiful by the way). They have SOOOO many fun toys which made for hours and hours and hours of a good time.

We had a delicious BBQ with so much good food that I couldn't seem to keep my hands off it all night. After dinner, Blake had this set up on the side of the house... (the pictures are blurry because I still can't figure out the settings on my camera...grrr)

We all played Mario Kart on the Wii outside on this huge projector. Seriously, I think the boys were in heaven. Okay, and so were the girls. It was so so so much fun!

Later, we headed inside for a little Rock Band action.

We had never played Rock Band before and lets just say....some of us got really into it :) This is my very own RocKsTaR hubby on vocals (sorry it is the wrong direction...I'm kind of an idiot when it comes to these kinds of things)

After we all got a little wore out from the rocking, we sat around and talked for another couple hours. It was fun to hear all their funny stories from high school. I haven't laughed that hard for a long time. I always say this, but I am so glad that Cole has such good friends that I like to be around as much as he does and even more grateful that their wives are just as fun.
