On Valentine's morning, Cole woke me up with breakfast in bed.
Trust me, it was delicious!
He also had these little treasures waiting for me....
Beautiful!
Love me some music!!! Such a sweet and thoughtful guy I have!
Then, he let me take a nice loooong nap (yep, just a few hours after I rolled out of bed)! After we were well rested, we ventured out in the snow storm to find somewhere nice to eat. We tried making reservations for Saturday on Friday, which turned out to be ridiculously late to make Valentine's reservations ANYWHERE. We decided to to try Tepanyaki in Clearfield since they didn't have a reservation list....2 1/2 hour wait!!! Can you imagine? So, we ended up at Olive Garden, and decided to wait the 65 minutes to get a table, which actually turned out to be a fun and memorable wait.
If we ever get stranded in either of our cars at any time, I hope it is Cole's. He has got all the amenities you might need to live out of a car. We ended up naming it the "Coltel". We layed the seats back, snuggled in some blankies and watched a show about a North Carolina Women's prison on his spiffy TV phone. We laughed and just had a really fun time waiting.
Dinner was yummy and then I picked this chick flick to watch.
It was just eh. Cole tried hard not to fall asleep. I think I wouldn't have minded falling asleep, but I had these to keep me awake...Not the prettiest of desserts I've made, but they were so delicious....and I ate them ALL by myself.
Thanks for the awesome/unforgettable Valentines Day hon!
