I'm feeling a bit Lost....

Call me craaaaazy, but I wasn't super blown away with the season premier of the LAST season. Maybe my expectations are high, but come on.... its LOST.

Watch This.

I'm completely out of the loop since this is on its 6th season, but since I started watching it a few weeks ago, I wish every night was Thursday night! It is that good.

I wish Heidi Klum was my BFF and Tim Gunn was my next door neighbor.

If anything, it inspires me to create....even though I don't possess a creative gene in my body.

Watch it....you'll love it.

Bachelor Party

It could not have been any more perfect timing for Ben and Sarah to be visiting, because it just so happened that their trip was during the Bachelor Finale!!!!

Me, Sarah and my Grandma (who came down with them) have been watching The Bachelor religiously this season. Monday night, we got together for our own little Bachelor Party. We had Oriental Chicken Salad and we made some de-lish peach smoothies.

We were super bummed when he proposed to Melissa.....but we couldn't have asked for anything more when this happened six weeks later......

We were all fans of Molly from the beginning, so we're glad they ended up together.....although we were a little annoyed that he started making out with her not even 15 minutes after he broke it off with the other one. Not cool daddy Jason. Not cool.

No matter what would have happened, it was one of the best nights ever. I love hanging out with those two girls!

P.S. I thought I would share the recipe for the Oriental Chicken Salad, because you really don't want to miss out on this one (It tastes almost EXACTLY like the one from Applebees....sooooo good):

Oriental Chicken Salad

Dressing:

3 Tbsp honey

1 1/2 Tbsp rice wine vinegar (or you can use either rice vinegar or any wine vinegar)

1/4 cup mayo

1 tsp Grey Poupon Dijon mustard

1/8 tsp sesame oil

Whisk all ingredients together (it may look disgusting, just trust me on this one).

Use on any salad mix. Then top with any chicken pieces (we use frozen popcorn chicken or sliced chicken tenders, grilled or breaded). Finish it off with crispy chow mein noodles and some sliced almonds.

You can thank me later.

Valuable Info.

I have none of that. But I am soooo tired of seeing the same post from WEEKS ago. I had the perfect opportunity to post some awesome pictures from our awesome Super Bowl party we had at our place. 8 adults and 4 kids in our apartment reminded me just how nice it will be to have a house one day. And also reminded me how much I LOVE my family. They are so fun to hang out with. We had so much yummy food. It was a seriously good time....with no pictures.

So, on with some non-valuable things....

I am living for this season of "The Bachelor". Poor daddy Jason had some interesting women to pick from the get go. We (as in Sarah & Gram...how cool is it that my Grandmas loves this show as much as I do?) had the top choices picked out from the first episode.

This woman (who clearly has a young soul judging by her choice of clothes and beyond sparkly make-up) said goodbye last night. We thought she'd be packing the first night, but somehow lasted WAY too many episodes. I think most would agree it was about time.

We're all rooting for this one. Such a fun girl and cute girl. They truly seem perfect together...in the probably two weeks they've known each other by now, how could they not be soul mates???However, I have a feeling it will shock the world when he sends her home.

I am 85% sure he'll pick this one. Even though I think she is a nice, sweet girl, I am 90% sure it wouldn't work out between them.
Such drama in The Bachelor world....so addicting!!

**********
Do yourself a big favor and go see this movie.

"I don't know who you are. I don't know what you want. If you are looking for ransom, I can tell you I don't have money. But what I do have are a very particular set of skills; skills I have acquired over a very long career. Skills that make me a nightmare for people like you. If you let my daughter go now, that'll be the end of it. I will not look for you, I will not pursue you. But if you don't, I will look for you, I will find you, and I will kill you."

Cole and I agree he'd be the perfect Bond. I could have done without the 25 year old looking teenage daughter who acted more like a 10 year old, but all in all it was worth seeing.

I know, I know...more reality TV, but does anyone else watch this?

I just got hooked and I can say that it makes me cry. Every. Single. Time. So touching. Really.

Thats all.
